Instructions

- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the moist mixture, alternating with the milk. Stir until it forms a smooth batter.
- Fold in the chopped pecans smoothly.
- Fill each liner about 2/3 of the way with the batter. Then, add a teaspoon of pecan pie filling to the center of each.
- Bake the cupcakes for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean, except for the sticky pie filling. Let the cupcakes cool before serving.
