Ingredients:
- 50g pineapple pieces
- 50g chopped mango
- 3 limes, chopped
- 2 tbsp light brown soft sugar
- 2 mint sprigs, leaves picked
- Ice cubes
- 150ml white rum
- 200ml pineapple rum
- 600ml sparkling water
Instructions:
- Muddle the Fruit:
- In a large pitcher or cocktail shaker, muddle the pineapple pieces, chopped mango, chopped limes, and light brown soft sugar together until the fruit is slightly mashed and the sugar is dissolved.
- Add Mint Leaves:
- Tear the mint leaves from the sprigs and add them to the pitcher or shaker. Gently muddle again to release the mint flavor.
- Prepare Glasses:
- Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
- Combine Ingredients:
- Pour the white rum and pineapple rum into the pitcher or shaker with the muddled fruit and mint.
- Stir or shake well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Serve:
- Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared glasses filled with ice.
