- 4-6 Tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
- Add boiling water to the batter and mix well. The batter will be thin but that’s okay.
- Pour batter into the cupcake liners, filling them 2/3 of the way full.
